Gurneet has a Masters Degree in Yoga and Health and possesses more than 7 years of extensive experience as Yoga instructor.

Internship from Parmarth Nature Cure and Yoga Nature Centre,
Parmarth Niketan, Swargasharam, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.

Highly motivated and energetic Yoga instructor who is comfortable working with people of all ages and has deep knowledge about the asanas, as well as relaxation and breathing techniques.
She enjoys inspiring others to improve wellness and commit to long-term health and fitness goals.
